Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stores are looking for upbeat Sales Associates. You will create personalized shopping experiences, listen to customers, and share product knowledge to meet needs while communicating sustainability and brand commitments.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, promoting the store image, handling transactions, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming environment for shoppers both in-store and on the phone.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Maintain stock and merchandising to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Respond to customer questions and communicate return policy clearly.
