Deckers Brands’ UGG store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert product knowledge. You will greet customers, answer questions, and communicate the brand’s sustainability commitments while driving sales and upholding store standards.

You will handle the register, manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized back area. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and offer product recommendations.
• Greet customers promptly and communicate brand initiatives and policies.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Maintain back-stock area, merchandize per Visual Merchandising standards, and keep areas clean.
• Respond to theft per policy and report any issues promptly.
