Deckers Brands in the United States seeks a Sales Lead to create exceptional in-store experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and respond to inquiries while keeping the store tidy and merchandising aligned with Visual Standards.

You will manage cash, assist with inventory, and mentor team members to maintain a positive work environment that reflects Deckers values and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Communicate our return policy effectively to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and break room.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policies.
