Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks a Sales Lead to create personalized shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty in our Riverhead store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and promote our products while upholding return policies and brand standards.

You’ll manage cash, monitor inventory, and merchandise the floor per Visual Merchandising guidelines, contributing to a positive team environment and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating our return policy.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and stock products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
