Job summary

Prizm Pest Control is seeking a Sales Representative (Seasonal) for the 2027 field program in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Greenville, NC, with Mesa, AZ serving as a reference market. This in-person, territory-based role focuses on direct-to-home residential customers and rapid skill-building in sales.

You will participate in onboarding, coaching, and performance development, with a clear pathway to leadership and long-term opportunities within Prizm’s fast-growing, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Work well in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to walk, stand, and engage homeowners in-person in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on pest control solutions and seasonal pest behavior.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach and consultative selling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked through CRM systems and dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings, skill development sessions, and territory strategy planning.
• Maintain professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a high-activity environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices and drive success.
