Prizm Pest Control is recruiting for a Sales Representative (Seasonal) to drive new residential client acquisition through direct-to-home engagement across Raleigh, Greensboro, and Greenville, NC, plus Mesa, AZ. The position runs roughly April 19 – August 22, with onboarding, field training, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on services, seasonal pest behavior, and protection plans.
• Generate new residential customers through door-to-door outreach.
• Meet individual and team sales goals tracked in CRM dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
