Job summary

Prizm Pest Control in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Representative (Seasonal) for the 2027 internship program. This in-person, territory-based role focuses on new customer acquisition through direct-to-home engagement.

The 2027 season runs April 19–August 22, with preseason leadership and sales training in Q1. You will join a high-energy, coachable team and gain hands-on experience in field sales, leadership, and performance-based growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Door-to-door or direct sales experience preferred, not required.
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and resilience for quota-driven sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent Prizm Pest Control professionally within assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners on pest control solutions and seasonal pests.
• Generate new residential customers through face-to-face outreach.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals tracked via CRM and dashboards.
• Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a high-activity, goal-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices.
