Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist clients and Client Advisors during peak periods. You will help with merchandise retrieval, back-of-house coordination, and maintaining an elevated client experience on the sales floor.

You'll support with replenishment, receiving, organizing inventory, and upholding visual merchandising standards. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or client service is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures
• Interest in luxury fashion is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and service during busy periods.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise, replenish products, and support product flow between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, inventory activities, and maintaining clean, orderly spaces.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a collaborative store team.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards while maintaining professional presentation.
