Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to help the store team during peak periods, enhancing the client experience on the sales floor and back of house. The role supports client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities include assisting clients and Client Advisors, maintaining stock movement and inventory, and keeping spaces clean and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Client-focused, dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Support replenishment, go-backs, receiving, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with inventory activities and maintain clean, organized spaces and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible, reliable support to the team and follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
