Job summary

Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations and stock duties as needed, thriving in a fast-paced environment and seasonal peak periods.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, with strong communication skills and comfort with technology. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for future seasonal or permanent roles in the store.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; keep organized.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience; teamwork.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers and drive loyalty.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Support scheduled hours according to attendance policy.
