Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, making a big impact during busy seasons.

Ideal candidates are energetic and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends. Basic English is a plus and the role offers seasonal income.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with the team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled to Under Armour’s attendance policy.
