Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in CA).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Basic English is a plus; local language fluency required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Essential functions of the role must be performed.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to best fit customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; maintain presentation.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payment processing.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with team.
• Promote loyalty by explaining the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA processes and policies.
• Fulfill scheduled hours according to Under Armour attendance policy.
