Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, assist with stock duties, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable with technology. This seasonal role offers the opportunity for future part-time or full-time work and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in California).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Basic English is a plus; local language fluency required.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle checkout efficiently.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers to maximize sales.
• Maintain stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Assist in front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments.
• Support omni-channel requests and team collaboration.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Uphold UA policies and attendance requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing store operations and growth opportunities.
