Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join our fast-paced store team during peak seasons. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, stock duties when needed, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for future seasonal or full-time roles are available. Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending apparel and footwear, processing payments at point of sale, and supporting omni-channel requests while embracing UA

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a greeting to checkout.
• Recommend the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with back-of-house tasks.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience; work well in a team; adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating about Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill working hours per attendance policy; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
