Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized during peak seasons.

You will support daily operations, assist customers with apparel and footwear, and handle front and back-of-store tasks while meeting schedule requirements. Opportunities for professional development and potential future roles are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18+ in California)
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to bend, squat, reach, and climb if needed
• Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsabilités

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store and assist with front and back of store tasks
• Handle point of sale and payment processes and support omni‑channel requests
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Promote the Rewards program to build customer loyalty
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Complete shifts according to Under Armour attendance policy
