Job summary

You will greet guests, assist with video game needs, and help drive sales while following store policies and procedures. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are presented well on the floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
