The role involves assisting customers with video gaming needs, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a well-presented store. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and applying selling behaviors during every transaction.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking shelf merchandise and moving products from stock to selling floor; ensure neat presentation.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety measures.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including attendance and ethics.
