Deckers Brands is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for UGG stores in New Jersey. You will create personalized shopping experiences and listen to customers, offering recommendations and product knowledge to support brand goals.

You will greet customers promptly, communicate our policies, operate the cash register, and help maintain store presentation. This role requires a motivated team player ready to contribute.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer questions, communicate return policy, and provide product knowledge.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain back-stock area and assist with loss prevention per policy.
