Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is hiring Sales Associates to create engaging, personalized shopping experiences in our New Jersey store. You’ll listen to customers, offer product recommendations, and communicate brand sustainability and social commitments.

You’ll handle cash, maintain inventory and visual merchandising, greet customers, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals. Previous retail experience and strong communication are preferred; must be reliable and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey Deckers Brands vision and mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, and communicate return policy.
• Operate the cash register, handle money, and check stock/merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock area and break area; assist with inventory checks and store presentation.
• Report to Store Manager if late or absent and work as part of a team to meet goals.
