Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will share your passion for our products and invite customers into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

As part of the team, you will stay current on all products, assist with checkout, manage stock and store appearance, and support management in daily operations with energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey brand vision.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA Brand.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and answer questions before they leave.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and break area; practice safety and report theft.
• Punctual and communicate lateness or absences to store leadership.
