Job summary

HOKA Dallas Retail Store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences, educate customers about the HOKA Brand, and share passion for product technology. You will stay current on all products and help customers find the right fit.

You will operate the cash register, help with inventory, keep back-stock neat, and support management to ensure a high-energy, friendly store environment that reflects Deckers Brands values.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Values.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA Brand.
• Stay current on products and technologies and engage with customers knowledgeably.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and employee break area; report to Store Manager as needed.
• Promote store image and brand in all interactions and support management.
