Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Through authentic connection, product knowledge, and personalized service, you will drive sales and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

This Part-Time non-exempt role requires energetic, customer-focused individuals who can work up to 20 hours per week, including the Blackout period during the holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ year experience in client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Requires constant movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
