Responsibilities

• Review RFPs carefully to understand scope, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and submission instructions.
• Draft, organize, and assemble proposal materials that reflect the Firm’s qualifications and services.
• Ensure proposal responses comply with formatting and submission requirements while proofreading for grammar and accuracy.
• Coordinate with attorneys and team members to gather information and supporting materials for submissions.
• Manage multiple assignments while prioritizing tasks to meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain organized proposal files.
