Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP in Springfield, MO is seeking a National Proposal Team Intern to help organize and improve proposal content, tools, and processes. This 20-hour-per-week role focuses on a few priority projects at a time, with work assigned by the team to maximize learning.

You will gain exposure to QorusDocs and AI-enabled resources, assist with content organization, tagging, testing, and documentation, and collaborate with the Proposal Content Manager to support an Unmatched Client Experience.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a college or university program is preferred.
• Experience in writing, editing, research, or content organization is helpful.
• No prior proposal experience required; interest in professional services and knowledge management encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Organize, tag, and update reusable proposal content in libraries and QorusDocs.
• Review content groups for outdated, duplicative, or incomplete materials.
• Improve content findability with consistent naming, tagging, and folder structures.
• Extract useful language and content from completed proposals using the SCAN process.
• Test QorusDocs workflows and AI tools, noting clarity or confusion.
• Review Power BI reports and suggest reporting improvements.
• Document notes and light training materials for team use.
• Attend team meetings and learn how proposal strategy and Unmatched Client Experience connect.
