Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member in North Canton, OH to deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products. You’ll also handle fast checkout, promote rewards programs, and participate in unloading trucks and stocking to keep the store well-merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Cash handling and checkout experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety programs, and company policies.
