Job summary

Michaels Stores in Fremont, CA is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and process transactions quickly and accurately. You will help customers locate products, support store operations, and participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep stock and presentation up to standard
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
