Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Fairfield, CA is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers locate products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and in-store recovery to maintain a well-presented, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, participating in BOPIS/SFS processes, promoting Rewards program enrollments, and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
