Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Restock, stock, and maintain store appearance per planograms
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOPs
• Interact professionally and be a role model for team members
