• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support Omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and Rewards program enrollments.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock merchandising.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; cross-trained in framing sales.
