Job summary

Michaels in Indianapolis area (INDY-GREENWOOD, IN) is hiring retail team members to help customers find products and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store services.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Interact with others in a positive, respectful manner; be a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
