Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members for the Fort Wayne location. You will assist customers, help locate products, and provide friendly checkout experiences while performing truck unloading and stocking duties.

The role supports omni-channel processes and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be capable of standing for long periods, and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollment and VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and truck unload.
• Maintain store recovery, shelving, planograms, and stock availability.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
