Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to assist customers with locating products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omnichannel options (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
