Michaels in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting store recovery and safety programs.

The role involves assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, promoting the Rewards program, and cross training in Custom Framing

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
