Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and omni-channel processes.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store appearance and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink control and safety programs.
• Cross-train in framing sales and production.
