Job summary

Michaels in Medford, OR is seeking a store team member to assist customers, stock shelves, run a fast checkout, and support store operations. You’ll help customers locate products, enroll in rewards, and participate in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Cards.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and complete returns/go backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence.
