Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Richmond Short Pump is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms, contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting omni-channel and framing operations.

Flexibility with hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Participate in store recovery, SISO, and AD set duties.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; attend to customer needs.
