Michaels in Birmingham, AL seeks a store team member to help customers, manage checkout, and stock merchandise while delivering our Brand Promises. You will unload trucks, set up displays, answer questions, and support omnichannel services.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; perform cash handling to standards.
• Promote rewards programs and enroll customers in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Customer feedback.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merchandise recovery and returns.
• Conduct Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
• Interact positively with others; model Michaels values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
