Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by following Kirkland’s Home customer service model. You will assist with sales, cashiering, stocking, and merchandising under guidance from the store management team.

You’ll engage customers, promote loyalty programs and promotions, maintain an organized sales floor, and support branding while representing a respectful, energetic team. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
