Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations including visual and promotional initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow store policies and safety best practices, including loss prevention awareness.
