Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending items, stocking and merchandising, and assisting in meeting sales goals while adhering to policies. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and suggesting additional items during transactions.
• Support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on shelves.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow safety, loss prevention practices, and company policies.
