Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, and driving sales.
• Support store environment and merchandising during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are presented well.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow safety, loss prevention practices, and company policies.
