Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support store operations, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring presentation and organization.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
