Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
• Customer Centric.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service into greeting to checkout.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service.
• Respond proactively to customer concerns with positive resolutions.
• Answer calls with courtesy and provide directions/information.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness on sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
