Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Assist in email capture and process orders; respond to customer concerns.
• Answer phones with courteous greetings and route customers to store directions.
• Receive, process and replenish merchandise; maintain merchandising and displays.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms and cash wrap.
• Accurately process register transactions and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
