Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! service and build strong customer connections. You’ll learn the Duluth brand, assist in merchandising, handle transactions, and support the team to create memorable shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates are customer-centric, communicative, and able to work as part of a team. Able to stand for long periods and stay flexible with scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric mindset.
• Willing to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Excellent communicator and listener.
• Team player and adaptable.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours; able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand knowledge to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
• Layer personalized service across greeting, fitting room, and register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards; keep the floor customer ready.
• Process register transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer concerns with positive resolutions.
