• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively
• Capture emails and support sales and service goals
• Respond proactively to customer concerns with positive resolutions
• Answer phone with courtesy and store directions
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain merchandising and display standards; keep sales floor customer-ready
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as directed by management
