Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! service and support across the sales floor in our Georgia store.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, greet and assist throughout their shopping journey, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards. The role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and teamwork, with daily responsibilities including brand education, merchandise replenishment, and accurate register handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Customer centric and ownership mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand email capture as part of sales and service.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone with courteous greetings and assist with orders.
• Receive, process and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards; keep the floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
