The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic. You may assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering confident, courteous phone and in-store support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric mindset with ownership and integrity.
• Excellent communicator and listener.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Assist in email capture as part of sales and service.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer phone courteously and assist with directions, store greetings, and orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards; keep sales floor customer-ready.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
