Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and upholding brand standards at our Canton location. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide them through fitting rooms and checkout with friendly, proactive service.

You’ll be part of a team that values integrity and customer-centricity, maintaining clean, well-presented storefronts and accurate transactions while supporting merchandising and stock duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer Centric.
• Takes pride in a job well done and shows ownership in the store.
• Operates with integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop an exceptional familiarity with the brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Layer personalized service into each area of interaction from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone in a courteous and friendly manner and assist with store greetings, directions, and customer orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards; keep the sales floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness standards for the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
