Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! service and create special experiences for customers. You will develop brand knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service, from greeting to fitting room to register.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, replenishing stock, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean, customer-ready sales floor. Standing for up to eight hours and lifting up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric mindset and ownership in the store.
• Integrity, trust, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand familiarity to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service per standard.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Handle phone inquiries and fill customer orders courteously.
• Receive, process and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards.
• Ensure cleanliness on sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
